Candidates approaching the end of the 5 years can opt to upgrade to a SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) qualification which can allow them to progress onto working as a SITE Manager.
The CITB grants are available for companies who are registered for the Grant And Levy scheme. For the SSSTS Course, subject to CITB approval, you may be able to claim back £70.
The process for the grant is straightforward. The candidate must provide the Company Name, Registered address, and CITB Levy number. These details will be collected on the first day of the course on the delegate notification form.
