City & Guilds 2365 – Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Buildings and Structures)

Undertaking this standalone qualification will allow you to learn, develop and practice the skills required for employment and/or career progression in the electrotechnology sector.

To achieve the City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Building and Structures), learners must achieve 52 credits from the mandatory units below:

This qualification is intended for those who want to work as electricians in the building services engineering sector. The Level 3 certificate will suit you if you have a good understanding of basic electrotechnical principles and want to develop your skills.

You don’t need to be employed to take this course, but to become a fully qualified electrician you’ll need to complete this course, the NVQ and AM2 assessment once you’re working in the industry.

You must hold the City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Buildings and Structures) (2365-02) to enrol on this course.

To be eligible for enrolment, you must have completed this qualification(2365-02) within the last 5 years.

What are the entry requirements ?

You must hold the City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Buildings and Structures) (2365-02) to enrol on this course.

To be eligible for enrolment, you must have completed this qualification(2365-02) within the last 5 years.

How long is the L2 course?

You will need to attend the training centre at:  Unit 7 Muirhead Quay , Barking, IG11 7BG for 16 -18 Weekends (Saturday & Sunday-09:00 am to 04:00 pm) to complete the theory ,practical training and all assessments.

Can I pay in instalments ?

When booking your course, you can choose to put down a minimum deposit of £500 (could be higher if you can afford). The remaining balance of £2,900 could then be split into 12 monthly interest free payments of £ 241.67

Can I change my mind after paying a deposit?

Of course you can; you shall have a 21 days ‘cooling off’ period during which you can ask for a refund with no questions asked!

What qualification shall I achieve?

Upon passing all assessments, you shall achieve the City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations (Buildings and Structures) (2365-03)

Will I be a fully qualified Electrician at the end of this course?

You shall also need to complete the City & Guilds 2357 NVQ Level 3 Installation or Maintenance & the AM2 Assessment in order to become a fully qualified electrician.

What can I do to progress after this course?

You shall need to complete the City & Guilds 2357 NVQ Level 3 Installation or Maintenance and the AM2 Assessment  .
